La Casa dell’Aviatore is the Officers’ Club of the Italian Air Force. It was constituted back in 1933 and it was built as a “Moral
Institution“ with Royal Decree number 2005, dated October 25th 1938.
Its high level structure, characterized by comfort, is situated in the center of Rome close to Termini Railway Station and the University “La Sapienza“. The Club has a dependance in its vicinity. The Club’s members, together with their relatives and guests, can make use of its elegant and luminous halls subdivided by mobile walls, for parties, conferences, concerts and the traditional New Year’s Eve. |

La Casa dell’Aviatore has at its disposal various rooms used for serving meals, as well as halls for formal dinners. Its members, along with their relatives, on the basis of agreements made, can also take advantage of similar prestigious Clubs abroad, namely in Paris and Madrid.
Upon request, La Casa dell’Aviatore can also host meetings and congresses.
The building is surrounded by a big garden which has an artificial lake and a splendid gazebo where one may dine by candle light, both in summer and winter. The seat on Viale dell’Università has 2 suites, 14 double rooms and 35 single rooms each having a private bathroom, an air-conditioning system, a refrigerator and a satellite TV set. An
additional 37 double rooms and 4 single rooms are available at the dependance on Via Spallanzani, 42. |
